We’re considering ordering a telluride. Has anyone ordered one recently to give an idea of the amount of time from ordering to delivery? Thanks!
Honestly, it sounds like a lot could depend on the allotment for custom orders your dealer has. I ordered from a “book-based store” that has 1 of the largest allotments in my state (Minnesota) and was told 4-6 months (ordered on six/21/21). He as well said information technology could be two months but I’m thinking it will be closer to 4. I’ve seen people in the Order to Delivery time thread experiencing 2 to 6 months.
I also ordered a SXP which sounds similar could take a trivial longer than lower trims

Check with your local dealer to come across if they have any unspoken for incoming inventory and you may get lucky and snag a trim and colour combo that meets your needs. Otherwise it will exist months like previously stated. Reputable dealers can give you a very informed eta if y’all ordered a custom spec’d Telluride today and what fees are associated. GL

Honestly, information technology sounds like a lot could depend on the allotment for custom orders your dealer has. I ordered from a “volume-based store” that has one of the largest allotments in my state (Minnesota) and was told 4-half-dozen months (ordered on half dozen/21/21). He also said it could exist 2 months just I’thou thinking it will be closer to 4. I’ve seen people in the Order to Delivery time thread experiencing ii to 6 months.I also ordered a SXP which sounds like could take a piddling longer than lower trims
Off topic just I originally ordered from a larger dealer in our expanse as well (Luther KIA in Bloomington) and they just told me four-6 months every bit well. However they wouldn’t provide me any more info other than just a screenshot of the order beingness input to verify the details. Wouldn’t ever tell me what place in line I was or answer any of my questions too telling me it will be about 6 months. I ended upward cancelling my order there a few weeks ago and ordering from a much smaller dealership due south of here after calling quite a few and getting an thought of their allocations and volume. Now I’g the second SX in line for my order to be picked up. Hoping that volition exist adequately soon which would mean I’ll be looking at a much shorter wait than had I stuck with my original order. Just something to think almost before you wait too long – besides non sure if your eolith was refundable or not.

My order was placed fourteen June, picked upwards in KFOS in late June, and currently has an ETA at the dealership of 12 July. This was a specific lodge, not taking on an existing allocation.
This short response was a big surprise, without an explanation, until I checked it with the remarkable @StephenCantrelle. Stephen has good visibility of the factory schedule and stock situation. He said that the factory had several EX AWD units on the side, which made it a quick run downward the line for options and off to delivery. And then, if you are ordering a high demand trim level & option package information technology will likely take a lot longer than some less popular trim/color/ choice packages. While it may be a red headed step child. my Telly is exactly what I want and looks like less than a calendar month from club to delivery. Luveit!

Interesting. I ordered from Belzer’due south in lakeville. I’m non a huge fan of Luther dealerships in full general. I really live in Rochester and decided not to get with my local dealer because they wanted a non-refundable deposit and Belzer’southward is refundable. Overall pleased with them, haven’t gotten any updates yet just he said he would update me when he gets data.

Yes, actually ordered from Tom Kadlec in Rochester. I was fine with the not-refundable at this indicate considering I didn’t foresee cancelling my guild again and I really liked how upfront they were with giving me all of the data regarding their allotment and number of orders in line.

We’re considering ordering a telluride. Has anyone ordered i recently to give an thought of the amount of fourth dimension from ordering to delivery? Thank you!
It all depends on the dealer. In my instance, I put down the deposit ($500) for my Telluride S trim on April 27 at Oakes Kia in Kansas City, MO. I picked it up on June xviii a drove it abode to fundamental Missouri, a fiddling over 2 weeks ago. It took a piddling less than 7 weeks, but I’ve heard this is unusual. A lot of folks are waiting 4-vi months or longer.

I ordered a SXP Wolf Grey with dune interior through a local dealer at MSRP on June 9th. The sales manager informed me that the dealer had been allocated 6 orders for the month of June and my Telluride would be on the next lodge/month. He called me back the side by side day to let me know that one of the initial orders for June was an exact match for the 1 I ordered and asked if I wanted it. I picked upward my new Telly on the 3rd of this calendar month! I spoke with the sales manager before I left the dealer and he informed me that they are now charging a $three,000.00 markup on EX and SX trims to try to keep down all the out of state orders.
Interesting. I bet that new markup works two fold. Actress cash upfront on sales and hopes that simply “local” buyers volition purchase so they tin keep their maintenance section assisting off all their Telluride sales rather than losing concern to out of state buyers.
Y’all should’ve asked him if you had an in-state ID if they’d waive that markup for new buyers.
Savor your new vehicle its sweet!

I picked upwards my new Television on the third of this month! Does anyone know how long it took once it was “in transit” to actually called for pick up?
The delivery filibuster varies widely based on your dealer’s location. The farther from the factory is GA, the longer it takes.

Thanks for providing this information. Did yous have to pay any fees upfront for the gild? Also, were you quoted a much higher price than the MSRP?
Cheers once more.
